Hi, my name is Tara and, in a nutshell, I'm mom to an epic golden retriever named Sophie, seeker of adventure and shenanigans, dahlia grower, and photography enthusiast. I don't consider myself a photographer, but rather a gal with a camera who has an insatiable curiosity to learn and grow in my photography abilities. 

I created this site to visually share my travel experiences. As my photography journey evolves, my goal is not to just show you the landscape as I saw it, but to highlight the details, the smaller scenes within the scene, and most importantly to convey a feeling about the experience. 

I'm currently shooting with a Fuji X-T5 and use an X-T4 as a backup. I have a variety of zoom and prime lenses, but my current favorite is the 80mm macro lens and my most used is the 16-55mm zoom lens.
