Hi, my name is Tara. I'm mom to an epic golden retriever named Sophie, a seeker of adventure, a photography enthusiast, and a writer in the process of completing my debut memoir. I don't consider myself a photographer, but rather a gal with a camera, with an insatiable curiosity to learn and grow in my abilities. 

I created this site to share my travel experiences visually, and once published, my memoir. My photography vision is twofold. One is to connect my inner thoughts to the outer landscape, to take you along on my photography journey while conveying a feeling about the experience. The other is to play, to have fun, and to make happy accidents, as Bob Ross loved to say. 

I shoot with a Fuji X-T5, and while my first love is in landscapes, I've taken an interest in portrait and lifestyle photography.
