Hi, my name is Tara. I'm mom to an epic golden retriever named Sophie, a seeker of adventure, a photography enthusiast, and an author in the process of launching my debut memoir, The Great Adventure of Being Me. I don't consider myself a photographer, but rather a gal with a camera, with an insatiable curiosity to learn and grow in my abilities. 

I created this site to share my travel experiences visually and my soon-to-be-published memoir. My photography vision is twofold. One is to connect my inner thoughts to the outer landscape, to take you along on my photography journey while conveying a feeling about the experience. The other is to play, to have fun, and to make happy accidents, as Bob Ross loved to say. 

I shoot with a Fuji X-T5, and while my first love is in landscapes, I've taken an interest in portrait and lifestyle photography.
